Étapes:

step 1: web radio -> done
step 2: add video (+buy codecs), meteo widgets, trafic info (RER, ...), next train/bus, photos, ...
step 3: let it be configured from a PC / smartphone / tablet (Android) -> RPC or embeded web server
step 4: create a debian package
step 5: add a RTC chip
